Josh started his culinary career at Dutch Pantry while he was in high school. He later attended the IUP Academy of Culinary Arts where he externed at the Equinox in Manchester Vermont which was established in 1769 (cooking for famous celebrities such as John Ritter and Christie Brinkley.)  After returning to Clearfield, he worked at Moena’s Restaurant, and then on to tackle the delicate art of giant hamburger crafting at Denny’s Beer Barrel Pub.  Josh then moved to Bowling Green Ohio to work as Sous Chef to Mathew Manley at the Heritage Corner Health Care Campus.  Deciding that Ohio was too flat, he moved back to Clearfield and started working for the Legendary Micheal “Nerd” Morrison who eventually promoted him to the position that he is currently serving at the CCCC, which he loves every minute of!
